Ordering is easy via our webshop. Add your desired products to the cart and complete your order in a secure payment environment.

We accept iDEAL, Bancontact, PayPal, Mastercard, Visa, and American Express.

Can I pay after delivery?

At the moment, we do not offer a post-payment option.

Shipping & Delivery

What is the delivery time for my order?

  • Orders placed before 4:00 PM are shipped the same working day.
  • Deliveries within the Netherlands and Belgium take 1–3 working days on average.
  • For other European countries, delivery may take 3–7 working days.

What are the shipping costs?

  • Shipping costs are clearly shown at checkout. See all terms in our shipping policy.
  • Orders over €150 qualify for free shipping within the Netherlands and Belgium.

Can I track my order?

Yes! Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a track & trace code via email.

Returns & Warranty

Yes, you have a 14-day cooling-off period. Returns can be initiated easily via our returns page.

What are the return conditions?

Yes, our smart garden products are compatible with Amazon Alexa, Google Assistant, and work via the Ewelink app.

Do I need a bridge or hub?

No, our products work directly via Wi-Fi — no additional hub required.

I need help installing my smart garden lighting. What should I do?

My device won’t connect to the app. What can I try?

First, check if your Wi-Fi is stable and that you’re using a 2.4GHz network. Restart your router if necessary and follow the steps again on the installation page.

Can I install my Aquagardenlight products myself?

Yes, all our products are designed for simple DIY installation. Of course, we’re happy to assist if needed!
