At Aquagardenlight, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If the product does not meet your expectations, you can make use of our returns and refund policy, which complies with European consumer protection laws.
Right of Withdrawal (Cooling-off Period)
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the product, without providing any reason.
After cancellation, you have an additional 14 days to return the product.
The withdrawal period starts on the day you receive the product. If you ordered multiple items that are delivered separately, the withdrawal period starts once the final item has been delivered.
Return Conditions
- The product must be returned unused and in its original condition and packaging.
- Include a completed return form or a note with your name and order number.
- Send the parcel to the return address provided by our customer service.
- Please notify us of your return in advance via info@aquagardenlight.com.
Refund
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, you will receive a full refund within 14 days, including any standard shipping costs paid during checkout.
The refund will be issued using the same payment method you used for your original order.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned item or proof of return.
Return Shipping Costs
You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the item, unless we have agreed otherwise (e.g. in case of a warranty issue or incorrect delivery).
Exceptions
The following products cannot be returned:
- Products that were made to your specifications or clearly personalised
- Sealed products that were unsealed after delivery
