At Aquagardenlight, we aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible.
- Orders placed before 4:00 PM are shipped the same working day.
- Deliveries within the Netherlands and Belgium take an average of 1β3 working days.
- For other European countries, delivery times may vary between 3β7 working days.
- Shipping costs are clearly shown at checkout.
- For orders over β¬150, we offer free shipping within the Netherlands and Belgium.
Returns
Not satisfied with your product? No problem.
- You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason.
- After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return the product.
- Return shipping costs are your own responsibility, unless otherwise agreed.
- We will refund the full order amount including any standard shipping costs within 14 days, provided the product is returned in its original condition and packaging.
Exceptions to returns
- Products specially composed or customized for you cannot be returned.
How to return?

- Package the product properly and include the return form (or a note with your order number).
- Send the package to the specified return address.
