As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days after receiving it, without providing any reason.
After cancellation, you have an additional 14 days to return the product to us.

We will refund the full purchase amount, including any standard shipping costs, within 14 days after receiving the returned product, provided that the product is in its original condition and packaging.

The costs of returning the product are at your own expense, unless otherwise agreed.
